We ship via USPS within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note, we do not have any control over USPS processing time. If there is any issues with your package after it ships, we will do our best to help you in resolving this issue directly with USPS however we are not able to refund based on late or delayed shipping caused by USPS.

Return and Exchange Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. We may offer exchanges for limited circumstances. If an items arrives damaged or damaged as a result of quality of craftsmanship. Customers must email their concerns within 5 days of receiving items for an exchange. Items exchanged must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. A Note About Our Policy

Thank you for taking the time to look into our policy on returns and exchanges. You probably have additional questions either because you have found something you would like to purchase or you just received an item you purchased. Your reasoning may be one or many. Please allow us to help answer or resolve any concern that you may have so that you can feel good about your order. I have outlined a few scenarios that might prompt interest in a return and offer recommendations on how to avoid the problem and how we handle the problem if you have already received your purchase.

Earring Size: If you have never shopped with us in person, you probably aren’t familiar with our earring sizes. We have included approximate measurements on each listing in addition to a modeled picture to help you figure out size and proportions. But what if you didn’t see this and ordered an undesired size? In such case, we are happy to exchange for an item of equal value upon return of the purchased item. Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping charges related to the exchange.

Color: We do our best to portray our jewelries true colors with the use of natural lighting however with each screen, colors can show slightly different. We understand that sometimes we purchase jewelry to go along with an outfit and maybe after you receive your purchase you may have a change of heart or regret on not ordering a different color. In this case we will gladly do a one time exchange for the same style in a different color. Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping charges related to the exchange.

Item Broke: If your recently purchased jewelry from us happens to break on you, please email us! While we believe all jewelry should be handled with care, our jewelry should not just fall apart on you. These pieces are delicate in appearance, but are well made products that can withstand normal wear. Our jewelry will not withstand abuse, we will not take responsibility for jewelry damaged as a result of rough handling. Either way, if you experience an issue with one of our pieces, email us so we can replace the item or proved options for repairing your jewelry.

Returns: You are probably happy to know that we do offer exchanges under certain circumstances, but still disappointed that we don’t offer any returns. Let us explain why. We are a very small business, that makes many of our products to order. We typically don’t make a product until someone orders it. So when you place an order, we’re making it specifically for you . Each time that we accommodate an exchange, we are taking the time to make another product for you . We have made the decision to limit exchanges and we choose not to accept returns because it is simply not cost effective for our operation.

We believe deeply in the quality of our product and know that our products are better in real life than they appear online. So if you are reluctant to purchase something that you have yet to see in person, we think its safe to say that if you’re drawn to it online then you will not be disappointed when you receive in the mail.
